Whether you eventually plan to become a full-fledged Open Water Scuba Instructor or simply want to work part-time on a dive boat or resort, the Ocean Boats  Divemaster Internship is for you. We’ll make it easy for you to take the first step in your dive career by providing you Personalized Training, all new equipment, accommodations, books and study aids, all for one low price.

During your Divemaster Internship, you’ll work closely with a PADI Instructor to expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills as you become a professional. PADI Divemaster Training develops your leadership abilities by teaching you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.

Finally, consider we’re arranging everything, including your visa, for you in advance. Once you’ve paid, you are done. You need only pay out for personal expenses and entertainment.

Payment Terms

A minimum 40% non-refundable deposit is required within two weeks of enrollment with the full balance due upon arrival. We do offer the Divemaster Skills Enhancement Course (a $2,200 value) for 100% deposits made no later than 30 days before arrival (or upon enrollment if starting in fewer than 30 days). Deposits must paid via bank transfer. Balance payments can be made via bank transfer, cash payment or via credit card (a 5% surcharge applies). The Ocean Boats Divemaster Internship  is not just for uncertified divers. Anyone can enroll in the program and we'll reduce the price based on your certification level. We'll also lower the price if you already own your own equipment or have your share  accommodations. See the chart below.
